I am writing this on behalf of my mum as she has been the patient and not myself. My mum has been in and out of Bolton Hospital several times in the past 12mths but not with follow up check ups but from having to go stright into resuss having to be worked on then up onto CCU then onto a ward. Each time we have to call an ambulance for her they want to take her stright to the hospital closer to us, but she refuses to go as it is not a patch on Bolton.I have to say each time she has been in my mum herself and the family have been more than satisfied with how she has been treated, not only how she gets treated but ourselves when we are waiting to find out off the doctor on her condition. When you ring up to find out how she has been they don't just tell you she has been ok they put you on hold and go to ask her how she feels. I can't really find any faults with this Hospital from the cleanliness to the staff.

This must have been a worrying 12 months for your mother, you and the rest of the family so it is good to know that you are all happy not only with her care, but also with the information and support you have been given. The staff really appreciate hearing comments like this -- people don't always let us know when things have gone right, so thank you very much!
