Anything else?
My Nan is currently in hospital after having a fall, she broke her hip and needed a hip replacement, me and my sisters go to all the visiting hours to see her, we found that everytime the nurses were very rude and had no time for the patients instead they rather sit at reception desk chatting, whilst patients called them several times. On some occasions me and my sisters would help the other patients on the wards if they needed a drink or couldn't reach something.
We was not told anything about the operation my nan had and how long she would be in hospital for, when we asked the nurse she was very rude and told us to speak to another nurse, four nurses later we still had no information.
My nan lives on her own and i live far away so have been doing long travels to see her, we just like more information so we can arrange to move furniture downstairs and get everything into place before she comes home.
out of all the nurses there was only one nurse that was respectable to us and the pateients and was lovely to talk to, unfortunately i have only see her once
