"Generally good care on Ruby ward"

In March of this year, I was a patient on Ruby ward at the Ellesmere Port hospital for the treatment of a chest infection. I was very pleased with most aspects of my care, particularly with the kindness shown to me by the staff.

However, on one occasion, I was most distressed when I was scolded by a hot drink which was accidentally spilled on my chest. I realise that accidents can happen, but this was still quite upsetting.
