"Impossible to get through to cancel appointment"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Neurology

(as the patient),

I have an appointment tomorrow morning at 9.45am with my neurosurgeon to get my results. I was called and advised about Norovirus in the hospital as I have a small child. I cannot risk my child getting Norovirus so I am unable to attend my appointment. I have tried calling for over an hour today to advise you of this but no one answers the phone. My results need posting to my GP.
