(as the patient),

I came out of a rehab in 2012 feeling positive and looking forward to a new future.

I came to Addaction for relapse prevention and support.

Unfortunately due to circumstances in South Africa, when I went to do volunteering, I started drinking again.

I came back to Addaction in June 2012.

Its all been good.

Its me that has to change.

The only thing that could have been better is that someone could have made a magic wand for me!
