[The following are comments made by service users during 2012 to South Western Ambulance Service Foundation Trust (SWASFT) as part of a service review. SWASFT met with several patients attending a number of support groups and asked them to share their experiences with the Trust with a view to develop and improve the service. My husband fell in the bad snow. The ambulance came quickly and the crew were excellent. They even came back to check on my husband later on in the day.
