"my life has changed for the better"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

The steps group was very helpful in a lot of areas of my life of day by day it helped me not only in the subject that we were concentrating on but it also helped me be aware of other things in my life that I was missing. I'm sure that my life is changed very much for the better since I joined the course.
