Anything else?

I have visited the Endoscopy Unit three times in the last three years, once for a colonoscopy, once for a gastroscopy and today for a combined procedure. Each time, the staff have been excellent (very caring and reassuring but at the same time very efficient). The procedures were fully explained to me, my questions were answered and there was no waiting - all three took place at the appointment times. I was given my results at the end of the procedure.

Endoscopies are not pleasant but the staff do a sterling job at putting people at ease.
