Two weeks ago I was an in-patient on F3 Elective Orthapeadic ward for a total knee replacement. I cannot speak highly enough with regard to the staff both medical and housekeeping, the whole team were exactly that a 'team'. The atmosphere was friendly and ultra professional. The treatment was beyond anything I was expecting and the results following the operation the same. You are actually treated as a person not part of a job that has to be done. All staff had time to spend with you for a medical, personal or just a friendly chat. I am due back in to F3 in the near future for the other knee to be replaced and in a strange way can be said to be looking forward to it.

Thank you Frimley Park for turning what for most people is a totally out of the ordinary and perhaps worrying time into really quite a pleasant experience.
