I was very concerned when my brother was taken to Stafford, losing blood, but from the A and E, through SAU to ward 6 surgical annexe, the whole process has been excellent. They have done everything that I would expect, not one word of complaint. There were a lot of staff around attending to every detail. These may be very junior, or volunteers, but they all make a difference, and take the pressure off the qualified staff. A very few bad staff seem to have tarnished the whole hospital, which is not fair. Maybe mistakes have been made, but they seem to have learnt from them
