About: Harmoni / NHS 111 London Ambulance Service NHS Trust

(as the patient),

I called 111 after a suspected heart attack and had marvellous service.

It only took 5 minutes for them to come. 3 people came in 2 ambulances. I couldn’t have wished for anything and couldn’t fault them. They were very thorough and their attitude was excellent.

If I could reward them, I would do.
