"Could not fault the services received"

About: Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

Could not fault the services received by the referrals team. However the service I received from my local GP surgery was unacceptable. My referral was not activated until I rang to ask why I had not heard from the hospital to be told it had been filed away without a referral.

Thank you for getting in touch to tell us about the positive experience you had using the TRAC service.

I can only apologise that you experienced a delay in getting your referral activated by your GP surgery. I can assure you that this is not a common occurrence for patients but appreciate it was a frustrating start for you. I hope any onward care is going well.
