"TRAC could not or would not explain the difference"

(as the patient),

Though I was being referred to the university medical hospital, instead a private organisation that were only interested in knees not legs. I believe everyone's time was wasted just because TRAC could not or would not explain the difference.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us, I can only apologise that your experience of using the TRAC team was not a positive one.

Without knowing more about the specifics of your referral, it is difficult for me to understand what happened with your referral.
