"Minor Injuries Unit"

About: Herts & Essex Community Hospital

Anything else?

My husband fell over in the ice and we thought he may have dislocated his shoulder and fractured his ankle. We were seen very quickly after arrival, there was only one man before us though. The nurse was polite and friendly. She sent him for an Xray which was done after a 5 minute wait. We then went back to the original nurse who gave him the results that fortunately it was just badly bruised and sprained. We were there less than an hour in total and came away with advice about painkillers and a sling! Excellent service.
