"Extremely poor appointment management"

Had my appointment for an angiogram re-scheduled 3 times only to be woken up at 6:30 on the morning of the final appointment to be told it was cancelled and no alternatve date offered. It was bad enough having to try re-scheduling everything at work to accomodate this debacle, which has left me substantially out of pocket, but to then have it cancelled with no indication of when it would be re-scheduled us utterly unacceptable. They obviously have no resource management ability.

I would now rather go to another hospital as I have no confidence in Wexham Park hospital whatsoever.
