I got sent in to hospital at Hal one in Sunday morning due to falling in my wrist! It was swollen & so was my knuckles. I got seen straight away and x rayed from then to quarter past 3! I then waited till 5 and noone come back to me with results! I then asked the lady at the counter to see when I was next and she said she would check then she come out and said I was next! Then all if a sudden a doctor called me in saying due to me breaking my arm 5 months ago I've re broke it and she wouldn't be strapping it up other than me going to another hospital where they had the correct support! They sent me away with nothing for the pain or anything for my arm to be wrapped in! Due to mine and my friends battery dieting I asked the lady at the desk nicely could she check the train times or busses as we are from frodsham and have no money and no way getting home! She was rude and said she couldn't do that for us! I then told her the situation and she still didn't listen! I'm 22 years if age and think its discusting I've been left untreated and walking home because your staff can't look after there patient correctly! Think something should be done about this other wise ill be taking further action! Hope to hear from you soon!
