About: Rotherham Hospital Rotherham PCT

(as the patient),

I attended at my GPs approx 4 weeks ago with an ear problem

My Gp decided that I needed to see the Consultant in ENT

He explained the new Choose and Book system and there and then

made an appointment for me which was just two weeks later at the Hospital of my choice

I have now been seen at Rotherham FT - the service was excellent, Nurses, Technicians and the Consultant (Mr D) - all extremely professional, friendly, caring and sensitive, A first class, quality service.

We are proud to provide patients with this level of service. Choose & Book has been active at this Trust since December 2005; with all but a very small of pathways available by this route.
