"Lack of staff"

Lack of staff resulting in patient's calls for assistance going unanswered for long periods leaving them in a distressed state. They are then spoken to rudely and with impatience. Visitors were locked out of ward after visiting time had started and ignored when they asked to be allowed to see their loved ones. Staff are rude and unhelpful on the telephone too. This really is not good enough. Shame on you ward 12.
