I was transferred from Royal Free to UCH with increasing swelling to one side of my face and extreme pain from a dental abscess. The specialist saw me within 10 minutes of arrival, and admitted me, administering pain relef. I was on the ward for two days, and my treatment was exemplary, from staff at all levels.
