About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I slipped on the ice and hurt my wrist. I went to A&E, was triaged, assessed, x-rayed and treated all in just over an hour.

All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I am very impressed with the service that I received.
