"less than satistified with TRAQS"

This is in connection with the experience I have regarding TRAQS. It has nothing to do with the hospital, who were exemplary in their efforts to get me see as originally had been notified to me by TRAQS.

Following your communication in which you request feedback in respect of the experience that I encountered regarding this service and have to advice you that for me it was pretty abysmal.

Firstly, someone phoned me. I was not at home, but they did leave a message on the answerphone requesting I get in touch. I then had a further call from you, some two days later insinuating that as I hadn’t been in touch with you as I haven’t been in touch with you I no longer wanted the appointment. This of course, was the first time I knew anyone had tried to get in touch.

Although it showed that I did not want an appointment, which was not correct, your operative made an appointment for me and this was confirmed by mail. However when I went to keep my appointment at Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, I was told that my appointment had been cancelled and therefore I would have to start all over again.

Due to the kindness of the receptionist, who went out of her way to speak to staff and the consultant, I was able to be seen that day. Albeit an hour or so after the actual time of my appointment.

As you can see, I am less than satisfied with what went on and the fact that after having made the appointment, someone in your organisation cancelled it and didn't even have the good grace to advise me.
