I accompanied my mother to a&e where I was surprised by the speed in which she was seen we were kept informed at all stages overall I found the nursing and medical staff very efficient the reception staff well mannered I was shocked and surprised as my last visit to a NHS hospital back in 2005 left me with shameful view I might add it was a different hospital so I thought I would give credit where it is due and give a thank you to all concerned
