"Excellent customer service at Dewsbury Health Centre"

I have had a problem with my back for some time and the GP referred me to the Musculoskeletal Service that is provided in Dewsbury Health Centre. I was offered an appointment within a few weeks, which was confirmed in writing and via text to my mobile phone.

I contacted the service to say I would be interested in an earlier appointment if one came up. They had a cancellation so they were able to fit me in earlier. A couple of days before the appointment I had another text to remind me of the appointment.

On the day the experience was excellent, I was treated as an adult all the way through and felt that I was listened to and the information I have got from the appointment will help me to help myself. The problem is not sorted yet, but I am very confident in the advice I have been given because I feel I have been understood.
