I attended ward 3 for minor surgery and i can not speak highly enough of the staff and surgical team.

I was kept informed at every stage if my treatment and the friendliness of everyone made a stressful time so much easier.

All the medical staff put me at my ease and took great care with my treatment.

It must be noted that not only were the staff interested in my welfare, they took time to look after my elderly father who had accompanied me, which was a weight off my mind.

I can not thank everyone enough for looking after us both

The Patient Experience Team at LTHT would like to thank you for taking the time to place these positive comments. It is good to know that you had such a good experience during what must have been a stressful time for you. We are glad also that it was a positive experience for your father - we strive to support carers, relatives and friends when their loved ones are undergoing treatment.
