About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as the patient),

I was a patient on ward D8 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham last month. Everything about my experience was very good - the standard of care I received was always excellent, and I was most impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff.

Thank you to all staff on D8, but especially to "Bea".

My name is Charlotte Lawson-Braley, and I am the Practice Based Commissioning Support and Development Manager for Principia Partners in Health. Principia, Partners in Health is an organisation that plans, pays for and delivers local NHS services for the people of Rushcliffe. It brings together all of the family doctors across Rushcliffe to work alongside community nursing, rehabilitation services and other local health services. The purpose of Principia is to help you to get the health treatment you need, when and where you need it and to improve the health of local people. Principia is a social enterprise, which means that it is a business that delivers services for the local community by involving the local community, in this case in health.
