About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

(as the patient),

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment as recommended, however I was there for 3 solid hours waiting for a routine xray that should have been done first, and then spent 5 minutes at the most with the doctor .... yes I do expext dealys et... but not that long plus there seemed no co-ordination in sorting the patients.

I am sorry you had to wait so long. We are reviewing the way we run outpatient appointments at the moment to reduce the occasions when patients have to wait longer than they need to. Thank you for your comment - sorry for not replying immediately, your comment was listed amongst some much older comments and I have only just found it.
