I can't express in words how grateful I was for the quick, efficient treatment I received, from A and E through to the care I received on the CCU ward. From doctors right through the spectrum of staff to HCA, everyone was so professional, yet human, I was shown empathy and sympathy when needed, yet never made to feel unimportant or that I was a burden in anyway. This is not my first experience with the hospital and I can say that everytime myself or my family have been shown and given great care and attention.
