Paid my first ever visit to Bolton Royal Hospital A & E this morning. I had injured my hand over the weekend and it had got steadily worse.
Arrived, gave my details and asked the question most of us want to know when at A & E ‘how long is the waiting time’ and to may surprise ‘about 1½ hours’ came the reply. I was quickly triaged, then x-rayed and seen by a physiotherapist. I given a wrist support and out. ALL in 1½ hours.
Well done Bolton Royal!
