In early January 2013 I attended an appointment at Stafford Hospital to see Dr. R Reddy, Endocrinologist.
The booking in system was straightforward and everyone I met during that process was helpful and efficient. The appointment with Dr. Reddy was methodical and informative and as a result he requested a series of blood tests and x-rays.
Thinking that I would have to book in for these on another date, I was very surprised to be shown to the blood test area in out patients and then shown to the x-ray dept. The wait in these departments was no more than 10 minutes.
My total experience was first rate and everyone I met could not have done more to help. Well done Stafford Hospital from the greeter to the x-ray staff and everyone in between.
