Phoned NHS 111 last Sunday evening, glands face and cheeks swelling and red under and around eyes and glands under jaw either side. Given an evening appointment . at the Harmoni Clinic saw the Doctor within 10 minutes who examined me and gave a prescription of amoxicillin ( 7 days ) for the infection, which I was able to get at the Chemist in Long lane immediately after. By the end of the week the infection had cleared.
