When I arrived I was concerned that I would be kept waiting as this has been my experience, having had to wait for 30-90mins each time.

It was 40 minutes this time.

I feel it would be helpful if we were informed of the waiting time.

There is very little seating for people waiting so if there are long waiting times it means people having to stand.

The calling system is comprised of just one person who shouts, I think this would be better if there was a screen.

Other than this everything else about my visit was positive.
