My Friend who is a lady in her 70’s living alone and who does not drive required surgery; her first appointment was at Gosport which is a bus drive away the follow up was at the Queen Alexandra which is a bus then a ferry then another bus away.
The operation was at the Queen Alexandra, again bus, ferry, bus/
And now a follow up appointment has been booked at Fareham which is two busses away.
Whilst this may be fine for the consultants this is very complicated when using public transport.
"Fabulous for the consultants – rubbish for the..."
