"Poor consideration & organisation at QMC Eye Clinic"

After my initial eye test at the Queen's Medical Centre, I was directed to wait in a very poorly lit room for a considerable length of time - surely this can not have been good for my eyes and should have been considered by the medical staff at the time.

Also, it appeared that 5 people had the same appointment time as myself, thereby causing a backlog which resulted in a wait of 2 hours prior to being seen. Better planning and organisation on the part of the hospital would sort this problem without too much difficulty.
