About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

Anything else?

The excellence of both medical and clerical staff is very good. Provided patients can survive the walk in approach to the new hospital building ie parking /access for people with mobility problems is dangerous. If I did a health and safety assessment in my opinion on this access I would shut it down as azzardous. This site is an accident waiting to happen.

Dear Sir/madam,

Thank you for taking the time to post a comment about your experience at our Trust.

As you may know, University Hospital has undergone some dramatic changes over the last few months with the opening of our new hospital building. We take safety on the site incredibly seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients as we make this transition. We would ask you to bear with us for a little while longer as the site is still very much a work in progress.

We are always pleased to receive feedback from our patients and welcome your comments. If you can provide us with specific details of the concerns you previously outlined we would be happy to investigate the situation further and report back to you.

Kind regards

Andrew Ashcroft
