After collapsing in the street, I was taken via ambulance to the Barnsley District General hospital, where I stayed on ward 17. The standard of care provided there was very good from both the medical and the nursing staff. At all times, I felt that I was treated with the greatest respect and consideration.
I would like to thank the paramedics who took me in to the hospital, as they were very kind indeed.
