This is a disgusting hospital. There is never anyone there to talk to. My husband was admitted over a week ago with a urine infection. He was given antibiotics for a short while and they said it had cleared up so they stopped the treatment. He has now picked up an infection but they do not seem to know what it is. He is in a small room all alone. He is left alone for most of the time. The nurses are absolutely useless, they just do not give hime the care he needs. They do not come to him when the emergency button is pressed. There are many other things and I have made a list of all the things that are wrong and will be taking this list to the hospital tomorrow. I am absolutely disgusted that such a hospital exists in Cornwall let alone England. What a disgrace. There are no excuses for the behaviour of the staff and nurses in this hospital.

He is in Tolgus Ward, 4th floor tower block.
