From reception through treatment all excellent. I was greeted in a friendly manner by the nurse receptionist.

The wait was short and the treatment I received from the Clinical Nurse Specialist and the assisting Staff Nurse was professional, efficient and friendly. Throughout the procedure everything was explained to me clearly and I was able to ask questions at any time.

I would like to commend the staff involved for enabling me to have a very good patient experience.
