I was admited to ward 31( DMH) in december 2012 for emergency surgery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff involved in my care. Especially my main nurse during my short stay on the ward. Because of the care and support I recieved it made the whole experience a little more bearable. Once again thankyou to all staff involved in my care.
