I broke my ankle and was seen at the A&E in the early evening of Sunday, 6 Jan 2013. I am very grateful for the efficient and caring treatment I have received. The nurse on duty was especially kind and informed me of the process of my assessment. The X-ray lady was helpful and friendly and the waiting times were bearable. The young female consultant who gave me the final assessment and treatment plan took the time to explain everything and overall, I can recommend the staff who coped with several difficult patients (drunks, aggressive men and screaming children) but still took the time to bring a disabled man a glass of water. Thank you!
