"Kind staff at Endoscopy Unit"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I was extremely nervous but all the staff were so kind and understanding and went out of their way to try and make things easier for me.

Nothing was too much trouble, so I feel they all need a big pat on the back.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are always pleased to hear when our staff have provided care with kindness and compassion and helped patients through a difficult experience.

We are very proud of our endoscopy services and frequently receive positive feedback. I will ensure that staff are aware of your comments.
