"Trying to get help in a crisis"

About: Adult mental health / Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team

(as the patient),

Crisis, phoned for help 17 times - which included texts.

Spoke to 5 members of assessment and access team, message left for urgent help. No response for 16.

Times failed system or person error. Confirmation of this is on my phone. Situation is crisis, asked for assistance, support even to be put in hospital as m3 test red alert.

Told wait another week. Weeks I have been asking, doctor has not been getting information, took in.
