Today I went to the A&E with my friend because he was feeling chest pain, nausea and so on and we were really worried. What I can say is that I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service, starting with the assistants that took my / his name and details and allowed me to go with him inside because he is not very proficient in English so I could act as a translator, the screening nurse that took his temperature, blood pressure and so on and also to the doctor that was really nice and helpful and advised us on what we should do. All I can say is that i got a 5 stars treatment and I am really thankful to everyone that took care of him.
