Very disappoint that i can not get through to the MRI dept can only leave meassge if you want want to cancel or change appointment, i have rang many times at different times between 9 am and 4pm and can not talk anyone wait up to 10 minutes still no answer i want to find out when a appointment is available as my wife had a mini stroke and was told that a MRI Scan will be done with in a week, it has been ten since she had been admitted in A and E depart and discharge late Tuesday evening, waiting to find out when the scan is going to be to find out what in going on in her body

Please accept my sincere apologise that you were unable to get through to the MRI department. We have now recruited a new staff member to help with the volume of calls as it has been recognised that there have been problems. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
