Our 1 year old son was not well. He had high fever 39.8 and was not eating anything. I called the emergency line and booked a appointment. We had to wait 1 hour 20 mins to see the doctor after our appointment time. When asked about the delay at reception. The reception staff were rude and said you have to wait. I called the emergency line and said if anything happens then they are responsible as I came and had been waiting. The emergency people called the hospital and made sure he will be checked soon or I leave for JR. I hope the people who work are more understanding and some common sense, once you give time and then making people wait more than a hour and seeing patient coming after us is not right. It was a nightmare.
