I use St Luke's regularly - for physiotherapy and for visits to the pain management consultant there. I have always found the staff to be polite, friendly and very professional. The medical staff are knowledgeable and explain complicated concepts in a way that I can easily understand. The receptionists are friendly and efficient and even the lady that makes the coffee is a pleasure to speak to.

I have read the poor reviews on here with some surprise as I have used this hospital many times and never seen any sign of unprofessional staff or rude medical professionals.

I would, and will use this hospital again and would recommend it whole heartedly.
