"NHS success - how happy I am"

About: Calderdale Royal Hospital

Anything else?

After seeing my GP yesterday 15 Jan 2013 re my sore throat it turned out to be a quinsy. My Gp arranged an appt at the hospital for 1.30pm. At 2pm I was with the specialist who lanced my Quincy. By 2.15 I was in bed in a ward with IV's and drips. I was in overnight for 16 hours.

They were really efficient. I was absolutely terrified when I went in to the hospital. The soft skills and the interpersonal skills of everyone I came in contact with were extremely good and calmed me down and reassured me.

I am happy to have my name included which is Duncan Train.
