Anything else?
When arriving in an emergency I had to ask a worker who thankfully happened to be walking towards me where a&e was as it is not sign posted. How is this even possible for an emergency department?

We are sorry that you had trouble finding the Emergency Department. Please be assured that all major routes have signage for the Emergency Department.
