I was most impressed by my visit to your out-patients department on 15th January. I attended the dermatology clinic and both the Consultant and his nurse were very welcoming and considerate. Having had private healthcare until recently, in no way did I feel the treatment and courtesy I received as an NHS patient differed in any way. Thank you to you and your nurse and Mount Vernon.
