This is just a short note to thank the team that looked after my daughter, Georgia on the Day Care Unit. She had grommets inserted and every step of the way, from the nurse to anaesthetist to surgeon, she was treated with the utmost care and explained to thoroughly what would happen at what point.

She has had the operation previously as a private patient at the Spire Alexandra Hospital in Walderslade, but I must say that I feel the care she received today was second to none and I hope this information gets passed onto the ENT team that was present under the instruction of the consultant, sadly I cannot name them.

Please note in the next question - "4. A little more information", there is no drop down for the Day Care Unit department, hence left as "don't know".
