Last month, I attended the Day Surgery at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham. The standard of care given to me, by both doctors and nursing staff, was very good. I was so impressed with how very friendly the staff were. At all times, I felt that I was treated with respect and dignity, and for this I am most grateful.
